AWA and TLMI will partner for this year’s Sleeve Label Industry Seminar, taking place September 11-12, in-person, at the Hyatt Rosemont in Chicago, IL, US. The event will be co-located with Labelexpo Americas 2022.

The event starts on September 11, with an opening networking reception and two keynotes by 7th Generation and Mazzone Associates, and it continues on September 12 with a full seminar program. Shrink sleeve applications have been growth markets in the narrow web space for more than a decade, and the interest in shrink sleeve continues to be high.

The comprehensive program includes the evening of 11th opening networking reception and two keynote presentations on the view of brands and M&A activity in the sector.

Through the strengthened partnership between AWA and TLMI, the full seminar program on September 12 will feature presentations and panel discussions from experts across the value chain, including converters, suppliers, and brand owners. In addition to presentations, the co-location with Labelexpo Americas 2022, starting on September13, and two other parallel AWA Seminars focusing on label release liner and narrow web pouches, will ensure great networking and knowledge-sharing opportunities.

The 2022 Seminar will also host a special presentation, during which the winners of the AWA Sleeve Label Awards 2022 will be announced. This established feature of the label industry calendar recognizes the best of the best in shrink sleeve labeling annually. The entries of the Sleeve Label Awards will remain open until August 24th, 2022.
